HI I HAVE LOST SOME RADIO STATIONS

Hi hello I am new to forum I the last few days I have lost some stations on my stream time radio tryed to get them back but luck stations are bbc radio 4 and bbc 5 live never happen before had internet radio for years. tryed to sort buy updateing and and starting from new no joy

Hi Radio 5live is working now but still no bbc radio 4 as of yet thanks for your help
