Hello. This is the second time our Mondo has played up in the last month. It shuts down and refuses to connect to wifi, even when placed right next to the modem. It's not a wifi problem since our much older GDI Allegro is working fine. The last time it happened the Mondo was out of commission for a day, then suddenly started working again. This time, it has not started working after a day of being down.

Messages continually repeat and/or cycle to nowhere, such as:
-- "Select network".   Neither going through "SETUP" nor selecting the wifi network name work.

-- "Edit saved key?"    Neither using "Yes" or "No" works. The wifi "key" code has not changed and works on all our other devices.

-- "Enter WPA key".   The correct Network Key is already entered, selecting "Enter" does not work.

"Connecting to xxxx" (xxxx = wifi name).    This message either continues to display until we reboot or else leads back to "Enter WPA key" which doesn't work per above.

Has this happened to anyone else?

Any suggestions to fix the problem?

Thanks in advance.

Just tried that, no luck at first as it still displayed "Enter WPA key" after reentering the correct WPA key. But upon rebooting, it eventually started up again. Whew. But what a pain to have to do this if it happens frequently.

Thanks!
