Hello,

For the last few months, our Mondo has been buffering a lot everyday, plus it's slow to load-and-play radio stations. Last year we installed a wifi extender and that helped for many months, but the buffering has returned. I checked to see if there are any updates but there are not. Is there anything I can do to stop the frequent buffering and to speed up the start of playing stations?

You really need to find out if the problem is the Mondo itself or its link to your router or your connection to the internet.

You mention Wi-Fi and an extender.  Is that still working? Could the Mondo have reverted to connecting directly to the Wi-Fi router?  Could neighbours' Wi-Fi be interfering?

Can you stream from the internet to other devices eg computer, smartphone, smart TV etc without significant buffering?

You may also want to try the 5 GHz band if your router's wifi supports it.  The Mondo Plus supports both the 5 and 2.4 GHz bands.

Other devices work fine, without interruption, using the same wifi We aren't close to any neighbors. Yes, we can stream to other devices without buffering issues. Bearing this in mind, any suggestions? Thank you!

We have tried both 5 GHz and 2.4 GHz. Radio still buffers  :(
