Firmware needed fof "Strong" Reciva radio
« on: 11:32:54 | 28 May, 2018 »
Hi,

I recently did a firmware upgrade on my "STRONG" radio, and what I got is actually a firmware downgrade. I was running with the enhancements activated (so presumably 257-a-865-a-476) , I'm now stuck with 257-a-181.  It can't connect to WPA-protected networks (only WEP) so basically my radio is now useless.

It is registered on the Reciva website, enhancement firmware is flagged "disabled" . When I click on "enable", I land on a page telling me "We're sorry, but something went wrong! "

Any ways to get hold on this new firmware ? There is even no contact email on the Reciva webpage..

Thanks;
Nicolas

I recently emailed support@reciva.com about upgrading my Logik IR100 firmware to a beta release that was no longer shown as available.

They asked for a key code from my radio and I was then able to carry out the upgrade successfully.
