GRACE DIGITAL Mondo+ stuck

Hi,

I am having an issue loading the MONDO radio.
It is stuck at the blue welcome screen grace digital.
There is no message it just says grace digital on a blue background screen.

I have tried soft reboot and hard reboot without any success.

It is not under warranty anymore.
Any thoughts?

Rebooting the router and changing the wi-fi channel on the router has helped for some.

I will try changing the wifi channel. Rebooting router had no effect.

Changing the wifi channel did not work.  Any thought?
Grace digital audio blue screen doesn't go away

If you've already tried this and it failed, I'd contact Grace Digital and ask them what they'd suggest:  "The way to force a reset is with the radio unplugged press and hold the snooze button down then plug the power into the back of the radio. Keep the snooze button down until you see factory reset on the radio. Hopefully, none of you will ever need this function but it’s now there if need be."

If you do the hard reset (if you haven't, already) you'll need to restore your presets, etc.

I tried that many times and it doesn't make a difference. Contacted grace digital and asked me to send it for repair to California. I am in Canada so I am a bit frustrated.

Then I've got nothing.  I believe they will give a discount on a new radio if it can't be repaired. I don't know if that applies to you and I'm not sure 30% off on a new radio would be more attractive than paying to repair and ship what you've got. If you decide to call them again, I suggest that you ask for Lynda Smith as she's the customer service manager.
