I sent Roberts the serial numbers of my two WM201s; they have sent me one promotion code for their shop. They also confirm that the Stream 218 is no longer available, and are not aware of any new models are in the pipeline, so the only Roberts internet radios available are the Revival3, the 67 and the 94i. (I already have two 93i's so I can't really justify a 94i; the 67 is waaaaaaay too expensive and has screen and controls on different faces which I don't like; and the Revival3, whilst cute, is only a mono radio).

The web page also contains information about a C. Crane radio in development using Skytune as a stream provider which should be available for delivery during April (and offers for owners of C. Crane Reciva radios).

Interesting .. Skytune is the aggregator used by Ocean Digital.

FYI .. still happy with the Ocean Digital WR336N internet radio i picked up a couple of months ago to replace my C.Crane unit.

I agree.  I did get this great radio for Christmas and am very happy with it!  Thank you again for your reports on it!

Do I understand correctly that, after Feb. 1,  Grace Digital/Avox radios will play only those stations stored as favorites? Reciva still offer not a few stations that Amazon/TuneIn has already "culled", most likely for political reasons.
The increasingly long arm of big tech should be of concern to all of us. Their power in terms of swaying public opinion and denouncing those opposed to the conventional wisdom they themselves have created does not auger will for a democratic future. The russkis ain't got nuthin on them when it comes to interfering in elections.

Grace radios (and presumably Avox) are being euthanized model-by-model, with the last batch scheduled to go on May 21st.  Presumably the last to go will be the Mondos. By all indications, stations saved by presets will still play and the aux-in will still work after death, at least for a while.

Thanks for the heads-up. Had been meaning to sell several IR radios that I have not used in years, which I guess I could still do as long as I clearly state that they are just-for-parts.
Will crank up my old Solo post haste and check the presets.
Is it safe to assume that the firmware would still allow for a WLAN change after shut-down?

The Grace Digital Remote can still be downloaded. PlayStore wouldn't let me, ostensibly because of my region, but no problem via AptoidTV.
I first installed the aptoidTV app platform, then the GD Remote from there. Aptoid has a few other cool apps such as Mobdro with its hundreds of live TV stations from around the world.
If you do this, better to delete aptoid after installing GD or it will attempt to update the other apps on your phone with its own versions.

There were 2 Solo models:  the product code 627 which gets shut off on Monday, and product code 570 which gets a short stay-of-execution.  I have no idea about the WLAN question.  I presume it could still be switched, but I don't know.

I meant any change in a currently-used WiFi. I'm assuming that the firmware's capacity to search for, find and store a new wireless connection will remain unchanged after the switch-off?
Would have been great if the app were able to create new streams that could then be stored as favorites, but that does not seem to be the case.

There were 2 Solo models:  the product code 627 which gets shut off on Monday, and product code 570 which gets a short stay-of-execution.

Generally, with Reciva product codes, the higher the code, the older the radio. In this case, the 627 Solo had the older Sharpfinnable v257 series firmware, and the 570 Solo had the relatively newer non-Sharpfinnable v265 or v266 firmware. Tthere is also a hardware difference; different display or audio or wifi chips requiring different drivers not present in the older firmware.

What I recall is that the more recent Solo could play AAC+ streams while the older one couldn't. That caused me to replace the older model.

Just got around to turning on my Solo (GDI-IRA500) but too late it would seem.
The presets were no longer stored and no connection to the server. There is a recorded Grace Digital blurb on all presets saying I should go to "gracedigital.com/pages/update" for further options, but of course nothing there. There were still a few stations under "My Stuff" which I have since assigned to presets.
Worse still, my trusty Avox Indio petite won't turn on at all. It shows the regular "off" screen and the connected internet symbol but does not respond to either the remote or button on the set. Can't tell if it's simply bricked or no longer responds to commands due to some firmware glitch caused by shutdown.
What a dissappointment they have turned out to be. Would have gotten rid of these radios anyway due to the shut-down, but it is indeed a right bit of cheek to simply discontinue service. So am wondering if the shutdown itself somehow deletes the presets and other features??
@Dogmatix: interested in these radios? You can have them for the price of shipping (€4 or 5).
