Do NOT upgrade to Kodi 19.0 without first informing yourself about the changes. To make a long story short, 19.0 cannot handle the vast majority of existing add-ons due to an upgrade of Python.
Unfortunately, once 19.0 is installed you cannot revert to 18.9 or below without uninstalling the program entirely, thus losing all your presets, add-ons etc. It took me over an hour to reestablish my add-ons, some of which can no longer be accessed at all.
