Follow-up on thread in Reciva Forum

My complaining to Ebay seems to have borne fruit, in that they today informed me that they had investigated my complaint and found it to be justified. I see that the IR in question is no longer being offered on German Ebay by the German supplier, nor do they seem to be offering any other of their products under their own name any more. They have probably since re-registered under another name, but the Noxon 2 is currently not being offered by any commercial entity.
Before my complaint to Ebay I first approached the supplier directly, who reacted by promptly banning me from bidding on any of their stuff. Kind of stupid really, because instead of selling me a radio they are now banned from Ebay - go figure...

I have been watching Terratec network players recently. It seems the same old cycle of low priced hard to win radios is up and running again. http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/380373812835?ssPageName=STRK:MESINDXX:IT&_trksid=p3984.m1436.l2649

I picked up a Noxon today, but it was a battle, as it seems they are up to their old tricks of shill bidding again.
