no BBC on Amazon Echo (via TUNEIN)
« on: 21:34:31 | 04 March, 2016 »
odd that the DAY after Amazon announces ECHO Dot .... all BBC radio stations and many other international stations disappear from Amazon ECHO device (which uses TUNEIN)

however all stations are on TUNEIN on web and mobile.

so disappointed in this ... No word from Amazon or TUNEIN.
sigh

received an answer from ECHO support (sent from ECHO Help)
I'm very sorry BBC radio is currently not working on the Echo. We are experiencing a technical issue which may prevent you from accessing these stations. We apologize for the inconvenience this causes. This is a known issue, and our technical teams are working to get it resolved as soon as possible.
Please try again over the next few days. Errors like this are usually corrected shortly after they're reported.
We appreciate your patience and understanding while we work to resolve this technical issue as quickly as possible. We look forward to seeing you again, and I hope you have a wonderful weekend!

Seems to be an Echo issue rather than a BBC one, although the Beeb has been known to make unannounced changes which manufacturers and service providers are often unaware.

Just wait until they monetise iPlayer.
